Payment conditions
- CREDIT CARDS (Visa, Cartasi, Diners, Mastercard and Maestro). If you chose this way of payment we will require you your credit card number, in order to get a pre-payment of 30% of the whole stay, to secure your reservation. This pre-payment will be charge 20 days before your arrival. - BANK TRANSFER: if you chose to pay by transfer we will ask you a down payment of 30% of the whole stay. The reservation will be confirmed only at the receipt of the transfer in our account. Our bank details are: Beneficiary:

 Pls dont charge bank charges to us. The balance will be required on site at your arrival. You can pay by credit card or cash. - PAYPAL: we require a down paymanet of 30% of the whole stay to be sent to Mito Srl – email m.tomasini@mitoitaliano.net.
Security Deposit
Secutiry Deposit: at the check in we will require a security deposit of 500€ in order to cover eventual damages, that will be refund at the check out.
Cancellation and modification policies
The cancellation is free of charge within 15 days before your arrival.
If you cancel your reservation less then 15 days before your arrival you will be charged of 30% of the total stay. We are available to modify your reservation provided that the new reservation has the same amount (same season and same nights) and that our appartments are available.
In the case this is not, you will be ask to pay the difference for extra nights or different season’s price.
City tax
On 28 July 2010, the Rome municipal council approved, subject to the provisions of Law n. 122 of 2010, the introduction of a tax on tourist services in the city (Municipal Council Resolution no. 28-29 of 67 July 2010). The contribution, intended as a financial support for the efforts of the city to provide visitors with the most efficient welcome, amounts to €3,5 par person par day, excluding children under 10 years old.
Rates include
Welcome kit, International TV channels, Wi-fi, air conditioning, telephone, bath kit, stereo, appliances, safety box, domestic VAT.
Prices do not include
Cleaning fee of 50€, tourist tax (3,5€ a day per person).

Check-in from 3pm to 8pm After 8 pm we require an extra fee of 20€. Check-out at noon
