Do you require a minimum stay?
Yes, we require a minimum stay of 2 (two) nights.
Which are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm. After 8 pm we require an extra fee of 20€.
Check-out is from 9 am to 11 am.
Where can I collect the key for the apartment?
The key will be delivered by our manager at check-in.
Where do I leave the key?
Leave it with our manager at check-out.
Can I see the apartment before booking it?
Of course, by appointment.
RESERVATIONS
Can I change a reservation?
Of course, depending on availability and in line with our cancellation policy.
How can I cancel a reservation?
Through the booking system, according to our cancellation policy.
Is it possible to extend the stay beyond the due date?
Yes, if the apartment is available. 
PAYMENT
How can I pay the balance of my reservation?
At check-in you will be required to pay the balance of the reservation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash and major credit cards.
Can I have an invoice?

Can I add a guest during the stay?
Yes, contacting us.
Are animals admitted?
No, we are sorry we cannot accept animals.
Do you offer a pick-up service at the airport?
Yes. From and for Ciampino and Fiumicino airports the fee is 55€ up to 2 persons, then it's 65€. Our driver will wait for you at the arrival even if you run late, and will take you to the apartment. If you need he will help you with your suitcases.
